Grow Yourself

Coaching is a collaborative space to explore what matters most to you, clarify where you’re headed, and build the confidence and structure to get there with authenticity.

Whether you need someone in your corner to help you get unstuck, partnering together to navigate a transition, or a trusted space to gain clarity, I'd be honored to be a part of your journey.

Nice to meet you!

An interior design drop-out turned construction management major, I spent 14 years in operations as a project engineer and project manager for a commercial construction general contractor.

After a career pivot, I now focus my work on training and people development — drawing on my background in project management to bridge the gap between individual growth and organizational strategy. I lead initiatives related to career paths, role transitions, and skill development, while also shaping people strategy to ensure business needs are clearly understood and thoughtfully implemented. My work centers on helping individuals succeed in their roles while aligning talent development with the bigger picture.

As a "recovering project manager",  I fluently speak construction-ese and will take any opportunity to wear my leopard-print safety-toe shoes onsite. (Because PPE doesn't have to be boring.)

My greatest professional motivation is empowering others with the tools, clarity, and confidence they need to thrive. At the core, my “why” is to live wholeheartedly, and help others do the same.

I’m passionate about shaping the future of the construction industry through workforce development and championing women in the field. I lead BuildHER Collaborative in Northern Colorado to uplift women and build a more connected industry that's rooted in connection and collaboration over competition.

Working together, I will bring a grounded, real-world lens to professional development. My approach is rooted in practical leadership, personal reflection, and a belief that growth requires authenticity. I’m especially drawn to working with women navigating transitions, finding their voice, or stepping into new levels of influence.

When I’m not wearing a hardhat, I love spending time with my family — I’m a wife to my biggest supporter, Scott, and a mom to two amazing humans. You’ll often find me running (no, literally), drinking too much coffee, reading, soaking up the Colorado sunshine, or planning my next trip to the ocean.

Let’s Build Together
